Xue Li Yap was awarded a S$1,200 check this week. She was the best student of the 2008-09 year. The award is the University of Stirling's Institute for Retail Studies.

September 7, 2009, classes for the senior year students began in Singapore. This is our second year of the degree programme in Singapore (students here start in their junior). The first class of the semester is Location Strategy, taught by Keri Davies. 

World-known retail researcher and consultant, Professor John Dawson, visited the Institute for Retail Studies' Singapore office.
